My career has been focused on designing healthcare environments that support exceptional patient care while helping clients navigate complex operational and infrastructure challenges. As Healthcare Operations Manager and a Principal at HEAPY, I lead multidisciplinary teams through the planning and design of healthcare facilities ranging from hospitals and ambulatory care centers to medical office buildings, laboratories, and senior living communities. I am passionate about developing innovative, efficient solutions that improve building performance and create long-term value for our clients. 

 My advice to candidates is to stay curious and never stop learning. The engineering and healthcare industries are constantly evolving, and the professionals who thrive are those who embrace new challenges, seek out opportunities to grow, and remain adaptable.
