What I do at HEAPY
The Plumbing Technical Leader collaborates with the design managers within each discipline to ensure the Agile tasks from the practices are effectively delegated to the Agile Operations Hub. This includes leading one or more Agile Operations Hub Team Captains in the planning, organizing, and managing all plumbing design engineering activities for Agile Operations Hub plumbing team members, including aligning the appropriate level of colleague experience to the task.
