After submitting your application, it will be reviewed by the Co‑Op Program Leader. Qualified candidates may be invited to a Co‑Op Program Interview. Final decisions are based on experience, performance, and program needs. Applicants will be notified of next steps.

Stage 3

HEAPY Co-Op Program Interview

The Co‑Op Program Interview is a one‑on‑one conversation with HEAPY’s Co‑Op Program Leader. This interview focuses on a student’s prior experience, growth, readiness for a Co‑Op position, and alignment with HEAPY’s Co‑Op program. It is designed to ensure a strong fit between the student’s goals and available Co‑Op opportunities.

Stage 4

Offer

Candidates selected for a Co‑Op position will receive an offer outlining position details and next steps.

Stage 5

Hired

The candidate has accepted the offer and is officially hired into the Co‑Op position. Onboarding and next steps will follow.
