I have spent my career focused on building strong, trusted partnerships, that translate into creating facilities centered on the end-user experience and guided by thoughtful strategy. As Chief Growth Officer and a Principal at HEAPY, I work closely with our teams and clients to identify opportunities, strengthen relationships, and support purposeful, strategic growth. My deep experience in the AEC industry has taught me that the best solutions come from collaboration, trust, and a genuine commitment to serving others. I am passionate about connecting people, developing talent, and helping create an environment where our colleagues, partners, and communities can thrive.

My advice to candidates is to focus on how you build relationships and contribute to team success, not just the technical work you’ve done. In my experience, the most impactful professionals are those who can clearly communicate, collaborate across disciplines, and stay curious about the broader goals of a project or organization.
