At HEAPY I enjoy bringing colleagues together with technical expertise, strategic thinking, and people-centered leadership to drive meaningful impact for our clients, our teams, and our communities.

My career has been focused on building high-performing teams, improving operations, and creating environments where people can do their best work. As Director of Agile Operations at HEAPY, I lead an 80-person operation responsible for project delivery, team development, and continuous improvement across our engineering practice. I am passionate about helping teams work smarter, embrace change, and deliver exceptional results for our clients while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth.

My foundation is in building commissioning and optimization, with extensive experience supporting healthcare, science, and technology facilities. That technical background shaped my approach to leadership and operations—focusing on creating systems that are reliable, resilient, and designed to perform in the real world.

My advice for candidates would be to focus less on simply “doing the work” and more on understanding how the work fits into a larger system. The people who stand out are the ones who are curious about how projects are planned, staffed, and delivered—not just their individual task.
